Our mission is to honor life and love by helping individuals with terminal cancer create meaningful experiences and cherished memories with their families, supporting surviving spouses through their journey of healing, and providing funds for promising pancreatic cancer research that offers hope for the future.

SCOTT'S STORY
A life lived for others
I was married to Scott for nearly 28 years. Together, we built a life rooted in love, laughter, and family, raising our two sons who meant everything to him.
Family was at the center of Scott’s world. He cherished every moment not only with us, but also with his parents, his brother and sister, and my family. He adored his many nieces and nephews on both sides, finding so much joy in being present for their lives and celebrating each of their milestones.
Scott was also deeply dedicated to his career in the automotive industry. He built a lifelong reputation grounded in leadership, integrity, and meaningful relationships. He served in leadership roles and was actively involved in multiple automotive boards and organizations, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and peers throughout his career.

After Scott’s stage 4 pancreatic cancer diagnosis, time took on a different meaning for all of us. During this time, our family was able to take several incredibly special trips together. These experiences became more than just vacations — they were moments to laugh, connect, and create memories that I will cherish forever.

Scott’s journey became the inspiration behind the founding of Scott’s Final Wish Foundation. His legacy lives on through its mission: to help individuals facing terminal cancer create meaningful experiences with their families, and to support widows and widowers as they navigate grief and healing.

Scott believed that even in life’s hardest moments, there is still space for connection, love, and presence. His story continues through this foundation — helping families create meaningful time together in a way that feels personal, intentional, and lasting.

This foundation is deeply personal to me. It is a way for me and our entire family to honor Scott and carry forward the love, faith, and values he lived every day. Through this work, we are able to turn our loss into purpose—helping other families create meaningful moments together, just as we were blessed to do. It is our way of keeping Scott’s spirit alive and trusting that something meaningful can still come from even the hardest seasons.
